International Day of Prayer for the DRC

Our Presbytery is home to a 1001 New Worshiping Community, the Wichita Redeemer Congregation Church (WRCC). The WRCC worships in the education building of First Presbyterian Wichita on Sunday mornings. Everyone in the WRCC community has roots in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and they continue to be impacted by the violence there. 

The Congo Mission Network, which is affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), is calling on churches and faith communities across the United States and abroad to participate in an International Day of Prayer for the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) on Sunday, Oct. 19.
