Annual Enrollment for 2026 benefits
Through Friday, Nov. 7, plan members should log in to Benefits Connect to choose from the benefits their congregation submitted in its 2026 Employer Agreement. This is members’ only chance to elect benefits or make changes to coverage for 2026 unless they have a qualifying life event during the year, such as becoming a parent or getting married. Call the Board at 800‑PRESPLAN (800‑773‑7752) (TTY: 711) and a representative can answer questions and assist members with Annual Enrollment in Benefits Connect.
Call to Health
Plan members in PPO, EPO, or HDHP medical coverage through the Board can still earn reduced deductibles for 2026 if they complete Level 1 of Call to Health by Nov. 7,
What’s new for 2026
Effective Jan. 1, 2026, members and their covered family enrolled in the Medical Plan (PPO, EPO, or HDHP) will have access to a virtual exercise therapy option through Hinge Health to help reduce joint and muscle pain resulting from musculoskeletal conditions.
E-learning resources from Spring Health foster growth and well-being
Members with access to Spring Health can utilize self-paced, evidence-backed e-learning courses, designed and delivered by Spring Health providers. These courses are available through the Spring Health website and app.
Assistance and education support employee wholeness
Members enrolled in at least one benefit through the Board have access to valuable assistance and education programs designed to support wholeness. Grants through the Assistance Program provide financial assistance to eligible members for a variety of needs, including educational debt, and emergency, adoption, and transition-to-college expenses.
Thank you for the faithful work you do to support congregations and their leaders. If I can be of help as you guide them through these updates, I’d welcome the opportunity to connect.
In peace,
Rev. Kevin Keaton
