Associate Executive Presbyter

Greetings! I am traveling West these days in the Presbytery and I have found

a love for the many different sights in our churches. I have always been intrigued

by stained glass and the artifacts we have and the meaning they have in our buildings.

The pictures below are from the sanctuary at Leoti Presbyterian Church. And while taking this picture, I was reminded about the rooster that crowed with Peter’s denial.

I also visited Tribune Presbyterian Church. This one window above caught my attention and is one of the windows that was designed by a former member on paper and then the windows of the sanctuary were done. This looks like a sermon waiting to happen!

If you have windows, stained glass, or other items that could be of interest to me and to others, please send them to doris@pbysk.org. I can’t promise to make all churches in the next few months, but it would be exciting to see!

Peace and Gratitude

Doris
