Officer Training This Saturday: In Person or on Zoom

Officer Training will take place this Saturday, and participants are welcome to join either in person in Garden City or via Zoom. Those attending in person can enjoy refreshments, and Zoom participants are encouraged to have their own refreshments ready as well.
The training will run promptly from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and will begin with prayer and a short devotion. Our time together will include an overview of recent changes in the PC(USA) and at the Synod level, a review of church statistics information and important deadlines, and ruling elder training provided by the Synod. We will also engage selected chapters from three key resources: The 2025–2027 Book of Order, Presbyterian Polity by Joan Gray, and Selected to Serve by Earl Johnson Jr. (These books may be available in your church library.)
